How To Make A Great Organic Salad

Is your overflowing with those fresh fruits and vegetables that you've been so careful to water, weed and nurture the past 4 months? It's time to take those mouth watering organic tomatoes, sweet tasting peppers and peas, scrumptous broccolli and spinach and enjoy the fruits (or in this case - vegetables) of your labor. But how on earth are you going to put them all together? Into one hearty, delicious and colorful organic salad that's how. A great tasting organic salad is easy to whip together especially if you are using fresh garden vegetables. When vegetables are fresh, ripe and organic your battle of creating a tasty delight is 90% over. You won't need to add much of anything else trying to make the salad taste good. However, I would throw on a little organic olive oil, some sunflower seeds and fresh flowers for color and you are all finished. Now it's time to enjoy. I'm sure you'll agree that this dish's ingrediants speak for themselves.
